On October 21st, Li Jun, Deputy Secretary of the Jiaxing Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, visited STL for research and encouraged the construction of future R&D center projects. Ni Huping, Vice Mayor of Jiaxing City, accompanied the survey, and Yang Weidong, Chairman and President of STL, warmly received it.

Mayor Li Jun has a detailed understanding of the development of STL over the past thirty years and recognizes the achievements made by STL in revitalizing national industries, intelligent manufacturing, innovative research and development, and social responsibility. Chairman Yang Weidong stated that STL has been focusing on the main business for thirty years, achieving technological breakthroughs in new materials through scientific research and innovation, and contributing to key areas of national concern. He emphasized that while expanding and strengthening enterprises, STL will always keep its roots in Jiaxing, extending vines longer and farther, and creating a local international enterprise that "takes root in Jiaxing, faces the whole country, and looks at the world" with a green and low-carbon chemical industry, sharing the beauty of chemistry with the world.

During the survey, Mayor Li Jun gained a detailed understanding of the progress of the future R&D center projects and the company's future development plan. Mayor Li Jun emphasized that private enterprises are an important force in promoting the economic and social development of Jiaxing, and the business environment is the best business card. Government departments should pay attention to the needs of enterprises, effectively solve practical problems, focus on breaking bottlenecks, strengthen factor protection, and keep excellent enterprises in Jiaxing, helping STL become a model for the development of Jiaxing's "sweet potato economy".

The STL future R&D center project has been of great interest and excitement to the municipal party committee and government since its establishment. On July 12th, Mayor Li Jun witnessed the signing of the project and issued important instructions, demanding greater and unconventional support for the project's implementation and completion with the belief of "one day earlier". On September 1st, Chen Wei, Secretary of the Jiaxing Municipal Party Committee, personally visited the project site to conduct research, coordinate and solve problems in project progress, and accelerate project construction.
